Front Load Electric Cargo Bikes - Pinion MGU

At Asteroid Bicycles HQ, we were inspired by how Yeti made their steel F.R.O (for racing only) Frames in the 1990's.  Manufacturing anything is about finding the right process. This is Asteroid's story and how we can get production back in the UK.  All tubes are drawn in 3D CAD, then taken into a CAM program to be laser-cut. The basic Commuter frames have laser-cut T45 PG tubes.  We are able to keep the prices down All stays are bent in Worthing.  The KISS frames have double butted main tubes.  All of this is then jigged and TIG Brazed in Worthing.
